Building a theory of writing

In my word cloud I see an association between several words that I would associate with writing or with figurative language.
My key terms appeared on my word cloud as well as the terms I used to describe them.
I expected to see my key terms in my cloud as well as other descriptive words, I did not expect to see so many useless connective words such as "everything" and "that".
I think it's important for my word cloud to mirror my thoughts to make sure that I'm portraying my ideas and thoughts clearly in my writing. If the word cloud contains pointless and not meaningful words then I know I need to create a more clear purpose that the reader can understand.
Looking at my word cloud made me rethink some of my key terms, not that I should take any away but that I should add more such as assemblage.
The most intriguing conclusion I can draw from this exercise about my ideas about writing is that there are so many descriptive words to use when writing and several words to use to describe writing itself.

Theory: Writing is the visual use of words, letters, symbols, photos or anything else to get an idea, thought, emotion, or other piece of information across to an audience or individual. When writing, a medium of understanding must be established in order to effectively communicate the knowledge being shared. The thoughts being communicated must also be thought out at clear for them to be thoroughly understood between the two parties, therefore the author must have a fluent and full idea.
